Rally - A new recruit
A new recruit for the Nutters Brigade? ... Also in the
running, or limping, for the Spirit of the Rally award was a rather shy and
retiring wee soul, who despite the handicap of having to get herself about on
crutches (having broken her ankle the weekend before on Mull and had her leg
and foot slabbered with stookie) managed to navigate in the rally and finish 17th
overall. And even though the team tried to leave her in the car at the finish was
able to get herself upstairs to the pub. And yes that is orange juice in the
pint glass, beside the empty wine glass, but it is kind of ‘watery’ looking is
it not? Now, if she had broken both ankles perhaps Fraser and Peter might not have
won after all, eh?
