Rally - BRC briefing

Looks like the British Championship could be well worth a visit this year. Just 17 seconds separated the top two and although the gap back to third place was over a minute, there wasn't much between third placed Tom Cave and fourth placed David Bogie while Euan Thorburn is on the pace when he doesn't strike trouble. There was more good news for our lot with young Blair Brown finishing in 22nd place overall in the Fiesta R2Tand scoring sixth in a very competitive class. Kirsty Riddick was co-driving for Jonathan Greer and although they finished 8th, remember Jonathan is heading to home territory for the next round of the BRC!

Osian Pryce won the National B event by 8 minutes from Sweden's Robert Blomberg while our own highland hero, Donnie MacDonald was 12th after a bad first stage on Saturday evening. Lee Hastings sadly didn't make it giving the Subaru a severe dunt in the firth test earlier today.
