Eedjit alert ... My big pal Jaggy was on
gossip gathering duty at the Mach1 Stages and encountered a relaxed Ben
McDowall between stages. Big Ben (no relation to a London landmark!) runs a
rather specialised Land Rover service, repair, refurbishment and modification operation
in South Queensferry under the business name 'Engine 710' which is advertised
on his beautiful sounding straight six BMW which prompted the big lad to
enquire:
"Where does the name Engine 710
come from?" he asked innocently.
The relaxed and very patient Ben
explained simply:
"Read the 710 upside down and tell
me what it says."
Dohh! What a numpty.
