Full entry list for the Cheviot Stages Rally on Sunday in the
on-line mag. Spectating is limited as this is an active MoD facility, so please
don't abuse the arrangements which the organisers have agreed with the MoD and
farmers to allow spectating at the one agreed location - accessed from the B6341
between Otterburn village and Elsdon.
