The stage is now set for the first
ever ‘GoRally’ event to be run in Scotland. Aimed at newcomers and those
wondering how to get started in competition, officiating or organisation this
will be a one-stop shop for all the information you need - and possibly some
you don’t need, and maybe even some you don’t want. It’s not a Forum or a Chat
Show, it’s a Swap-Shop of information - a hands-on, listen-up, find-out feast
of rallying information never before gathered under one roof. ALL questions
(well, within reason) will be answered on the night.
So if you know anyone who knows fekall about rallying but
would like to know more, get them along to Pentland Land Rover at Newbridge (Hallbarns
Cescent,EH28 8TH) any time after 6pm this
Thursday. It’s FREE.
This is not an event being staged by a Murdoch or a Branson
or a BBC, this is being organised by the Scottish Association of Car Clubs and
a heckuva a lot of volunteers from many clubs and all branches of the sport, so
get yer *rs* in gear and get the unbelievers along. Oh, and if you do fancy a
shot at hill rallying, Pentland Land Rover might just be able to point you in
the right direction of a suitable vehicle.
Remember, spread the word – pretty please.
