Rally - Off to Wales
Wales, the final frontier. To boldly go where the anoraks flock. Windy and wet, it must be Wales and Wales Rally GB, but the weather forecast says it will get better. Fingers crossed. Amongst the first to arrive was the Mull minibus. First job of the day was to get kitted up, and the Ford shop was high on the list. The trouble is, with Wales Rally GB being at the end of the season all the best merchandise has gone. The last I saw of the boys, they were trying on the only size of anorak left - Large. Given the stature of the average Scottish frame this would be a trial of hope over ambition. The merchandise lady was very patient but got worried when asked if the stitching was insured.
