Snuck into the CV Show ahead of the official opening tomorrow. It's surprising to see just how much of the displays remain unfinished yet come 8.00 am tomorrow it will be alright on the night, or in the morning in this case.
It all kicks off at 8.15 am with the reveal of the new DAF CF and LF trucks, then it's a breakfast briefing (complete with breakfast) on the Mercedes-Benz stand at 8.30 before Citroen takes the stage at 10.00 am. There's no formal 'do' on the Ford stand but at least we can get close to the new Transit for the first time - and perhaps the new Courier?Still unsure about the new look Transit though. And as for the fire appliance based on the Mercedes-Benz Unimog, it will need some awfy tall firemen to reach the stuff inside the sideboxes!
