Rally - MacCrone at Solway

Arrived at Dundrennan for the usedcarparts.co.uk Solway Coast Rally. Drove through rain on the way south but dry here. That means fast roads today.

Surprisingly I've got a signal, not much, but it's flickering on the edge. So if you can read this, it worked, if you can't read it, then it didn't!

Another surprise. John MacCrone is here with the Culina Palletforce Citroen DS3. The idea is to get some seat time in the car before a proper test ahead of the Ulster Rally in two weeks time.

Team bosses Martin and Richard were saying this place is ideal for John to get some seat time and re-adjust braking distances after the RSAC Scottish Rally. The team is running Course Car duties with '0' on the door and Andrew Falconer has replaced Phil Pugh for the day: "I was told on Wednesday night," said Andrew, "I didn't need to be aked!"

Anyway, I'm now going to try sending this via mobile signal. If it works, you will get more during the day, if it doesn't then you'll need to read the website next week.
