If anything highlighted the highway robbery that is the price of a first class stamp these days, it was the efforts of one well-wisher in Duns who wanted to congratulate Neil Thompson and Katie Stimpson on their engagement just before the rally. Andrew baulked at the price of a card never mind the bluidy stamp, hence the opportune startline presentation! Anyway, it worked, the pair were fair embarrassed. Congratulations you two!
