Sir Chris with last year's car |
Fancy a free supercar? Want to know how to
get one? It’s dead easy. All you have to do is dedicate your life to riding a
bicycle and pedal it like a newspaper delivery boy through a safari park full
of starving cheetahs.
Next, enter a few competitions and blow the opposition
away. Get selected to represent your country and stay lean, mean and fit - and
eat healthily, which probably means eating more than the recommended 5-a-day. That also means no excessive bevvying,
currying and boaking in the streets when the night clubs are shut.

Then you have to win six Olympic Gold medals and be appointed
a knight of the realm. Once you’ve done that you can become a ‘brand ambassador’
and folk queue up to give you things, from watches and keys of cities, to custom
clothes and cars.
When Sir Chris Foy turned up at the Colin McRae Stages Rally
last year to run Course Car duty with Jim McRae, he was driving a sleek, new Jaguar
XK RS, but this week he picked up another new set of wheels, a Nissan GT-R.
Nice work if you can get it. Gaun yersel Sir Chris – we’re
not envious, much!
Looks like I've have to keep an eye out for this at work as sir Chris pops in now and again for fuel
ReplyDeleteAye, but he'll be in more often now!
