True to form, there's more to Scottish
rallying than merely cars and speed. The south west of Scotland was rife with
rumours about the great Dumfries Pie Disaster, concerns were raised about pink
safety belts being allowed in competition cars, and some of Scotland's finest
(and some not so fine!) and most knowledgeable engineers, technicians,
mechanics and 'haud this while I whack it brigade' debate the value of a 20mm
spanner in the toolbox. Does this tool deserve its place, or should it be
banned from British rallying?
