Winner of the 2012 British MSA Cadet Karting Championship, 12
year old Dean MacDonald from Kelty was at the Autosport awards at the weekend
where he collected his prizes amongst a star studded guest list including this
German chap who also happened to be collecting some silverware at the same
event.
The previous weekend, the youngster shared the Panel at the West of Scotland Kart Club awards night at the Hilton in Bellshill, sharing the stage with Ryan Dalziel and Louis di Resta.

Resta, Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton and it’s hard to believe that Dean only
turned 12 earlier this month!
But what lies ahead? Who knows, but he was spotted sharing a rally car recently with Kevin Ross! Apparently no times were taken!
