That's the full report from the Mach1 Stages Rally now published in the
on-line mag. Alistair and Colin Inglis won the closest of contests from Gary
and Gordon Adam. Going into the final stage of the 12 stage/72 mile event the
Lotus Exige and the Escort Mk2 were dead level. Yorkshire's Ian Woodhouse and
Paul Rowland finished third, making it 3 RWD cars in the top three places. Such
a huge entry (112 cars and crews) made it difficult to get round everyone, but
enough news, gossip and blethers were gathered to make up a story or two - but
only those that can be printed of course! Look out for this soon.
