Rally - Quiet celebrations

If Euan Thorburn was delighted with his surprise victory on the Speyside Stages, then Jock Armstrong was equally delighted with his unexpected 2nd place. Naturally this quiet and unassuming young man, not prone to excessive displays of joy or temperament, nevertheless celebrated his good fortune in his typically uncharacteristic and low-key manner -  either that or he was trying to shake the loose change out of his pockets of his tight fitting race suit to buy a celebratory cup of tea!

Anyway, there will be a full report of the day's proceedings (with pics from Eddie) in Wednesday's (24th) 'Motorsport News' after which a much more detailed report will appear in a certain on-line magazine. I'll keep you posted.
