The Scottish Association of Car Clubs met last night in Stirling at
which the MSA Chief Exec, Rob Jones, was a special guest. He had much to say, and
in particular about rallying. He also took the opportunity to reveal details of
the new three year deal with Forest Enterprise starting next year. The cost per
mile charge will rise by 15% over the next three years at an increment of 5%
per year and on-event Tracking will be introduced. There's a full report on proceedings
