The sixth Flying Scotsman Rally with over 100 cars and crews gets
underway tomorrow, Friday 4th April at 8 am, from the Forest of
Arden Hotel at Birmingham.
After an overnight stop near Blackburn, the route takes the crews through
Lancashire and Yorkshire and on into Scotland finishing at Gleneagles from mid afternoon
on Sunday 6th April.
The cars
will reach Aysgarth Falls Café at Aysgarth in North Yorkshire from around 09:00
to 11:00 hrs on Saturday morning and from there, the route takes in:
Barnard
Castle, 10:15 to 12:15,
Bollihope
Common - B6278, 11:00 to 13:00,
Durham Dales
Centre - Stanhope, 11:30 to 13:30,
Plenmeller
Common, 13:45 to 15:45,
Grapes Hotel
