Contrary to opinions held in some quarters, the GWF Energy Merrick
Stages Rally does NOT have a disappointing entry for Saturday’s event. Yes, it
has fewer entries than the organisers would like, but what it lacks in quantity
it more than makes up in quality. All the top contenders and class runners will
be in Galloway and South Ayrshire this weekend, and Robin Wyllie’s excellent
rally preview is in the JB rally mag now. So too is a full entry list with
Spectator info. And a word to the wise, be careful out there, and be sure
others are too.
