Rally - Scottish Malts

The pics from the Flying Scotsman vintage rally last weekend aroused quite a bit of interest, so on that basis, some of you might be interested in what's going on next week, this time on the Classic Car front.

The Scottish Malts Regularity Event and Tour starts from Cameron House at Loch Lomond this Sunday (25th) at 08.30 am with the first of the 85 cars and crews setting off at the start of a 5 day tour of the Scottish Highlands - with a few distillery visits along the way!

The 85 car entry includes some truly evocative marques such as Austin-Healey, Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, Ford Cortina, Jaguar and Triumph as well as Porsche and Mercedes-Benz, and even Bentley and Lagonda, plus many others with competitors from all over the UK and further afield.

So if you're doing nowt next week and fancy a day out, the itinerary and entry list are here:

The Pics from 'F&R Rastrelli / HERO Inline' provide a real flavour of the 2014 event.
